The platform allows users to connect with friends, share posts, stories, reels, comment on content, and interact socially. NytePulse strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Although the intended audience for NytePulse is adults aged 18 years and above, the platform enforces strong policies, reporting mechanisms, and moderation procedures to prevent and respond to any content, behavior, or activity related to CSAE.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

NytePulse maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content or activity that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes but is not limited to:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse.
• Sexualization of minors in images, videos, text, comments, or other media.
• Grooming behavior or attempts to exploit minors.
• Sharing links to external sites that host or distribute CSAE material.
• Any attempt to solicit explicit content from individuals under the age of 18.

2. Age Requirements

NytePulse is strictly intended for users aged 18 years or older. Accounts suspected of belonging to individuals under 18 may be restricted or removed.

3. Content Moderation

• User reporting systems allowing members to report inappropriate content or behavior.
• Active moderation and review of reported content.
• Immediate removal of content that violates child safety policies.
• Account suspension or permanent bans for users who violate CSAE policies.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

NytePulse provides tools for users to report content, comments, messages, or accounts that may violate safety policies. All reports related to potential CSAE content are prioritized and investigated promptly.
